Venom and Vice Mascots

The below mascots represent each of the artisans or their craft offered under the Venom and Vice banner at shows! The in universe lore comprises of Buck and Rowdy being the co-owners operating the two sides of the Saloon with added brothel, with some characters acting as employees, customers, vendors and more.

Buck

Buck is the owner, bartender and bouncer of Venom and Vice. He is the only one out of his cousins and siblings who wanted to take over the aging saloon and inn after his grandfather's passing and has spent the years upgrading and updating the place. It has slowly been regaining popularity in the town, especially once he and Rowdy became business partners and renamed the place.Buck is a cisgender man and, contrary to what most would think with his line of business, is actually on the asexual spectrum. A sex-positive asexual, though maybe just Rowdy-sexual since as far as the gossip goes that's the only person who's ever charmed his stoic pants off.Buck is predominately the owner and main bartender, but also doubles as the bouncer when needed and on rare occasion is part of certain demonstrations that Rowdy hosts in the cellar turned dungeon. He has a knack for numbers so between that, his awesome cocktail mixing and intimidating muscles the business has been on a steady rise from it's near foreclosure.

Rowdy
aka "Valentine"

Rowdy, also known as Valentine, is the "Mistress" of the more recent addition to the saloon Venom and Vice. He and his charges work out of the rooms on the top floor as well as in a portion of the refurbished cellar turned dungeon. He has known Buck for most his life, and reconnected after moving back home when he grew tired of the big city.Rowdy is a feminine trans man who has had top surgery, but not bottom. While he exclusively uses male pronouns he doesn't mine more feminine titles such as "Mistress", "Queen", etc. He is extremely hyper sexual and adventurous, dabbling in leatherwork on the side. His creations adorn himself and other employees, and occasionally their clientele (for scenes, rent and sale at their monthly artisan markets).He has a knack for business, mainly in advertising and making unique experiences that boost the saloon's popularity and making them decently known in the immediate area. He's a self described power bottom and occasional Dom but only for certain kinks where he finds it just as or more thrilling to be the giver as opposed to the receiver.

Sprinkles

While some equines in their line of business doll up a persona to entice the clientele - make no mistake Sprinkles is a genuine unicorn!Sprinkles and Rowdy met at their previous place of work, a more well known brothel in the Big City several hours away. They became fast friends and compliment each other well with their style and eccentricities. After Rowdy left to go back home after a disagreement with the brothels Mistress, Sprinkles soon also vanished and followed his bovine friend to the more rural city and now also calls a portion of the nearby forest home. While he claims he followed out of pure friendship and boredom this wouldn't be the first time the unicorn has skipped town to avoid paying his taxes...While settling in and finding his own glade he stumbled across Kerzen and the two went from friendly neighbors to something more~ Sprinkles has an eye for detail, and design, and since becoming one of the courtesans at Venom and Vice has upgraded their signage and decor. With his impressive skill, people do believe he is just a dolled up pony. He originally hails from a candy forest far away and now, through whatever innate magic in his horn, transformed a small radius of whatever forest he settles in into a small copy of his homeland. The effect has some bleed though that he can't quite control so there is a small corner of the bar that boasts a clash of vibrant and sweet colors which he runs part time as a sweets/ice cream counter.

Kerzen

Kerzen lives on the outskirts of the small town where Venom and Vice stands, occasionally slinking into town and enjoying a drink at the bar. They have been a staple of the town for as long as the saloons current owners can remember, so no one is actually sure how old they are - and Kerzen certainly isn't telling.Pretty soon after the re-brand Rowdy and Kerzen struck up a deal, and the rooms above the bar now boast unique and custom scented candles for both ambiance and play. Each worker also has a custom blended perfume for their rooms to leave their clients with a pavlovian response to the smell. Kerzen's wares are also a hot commodity at the occasional artisan markets the saloon has started hosting every few months and while the tried and true scents always are around Kerzen delights in surprising the customers with new exciting scents to suit the season or holiday. Among the newer scents the cryptid being makes is one that started their expanse into more playful and fun scents - a confetti cake scented and styled candle made specifically to court a certain new unicorn in town~

Bijoux

Bijoux showed up in his late teens with his family who took over the lakeside docks just out of town, and has always been a quirky and curious feline with a penchant for all things sparkly and beautiful. He and Rowdy used to delight in talking about the shinies the feline found along the beach and in the abandoned mines that sit an hour or so drive from town.Bijoux decorates the workers at Venom and Vice very well with his most unique and fitting pieces, and always turns up for their artisan markets with a large collection of gorgeous jewelry and trinkets to sell. He can also be a bit of a bar barnacle, talking off the ear of anyone who will listen about the spirits he claims to interact with in the abandoned places he scrounges for materials. If no one believes him, well then he just lets Bubbles climb on out and folks are quick to believe whatever he says when faced with a miniature loch ness beast!
